• THREE TYPES OF END FITTINGS, EACH AVAILABLE IN TWELVE DIFFERENT SIZES
  • EACH UNIT PRESSURE AND VACUUM TESTED

Packless Flexline Connectors can be applied to absorb vibration, eliminate thermal expansion problems, dampen noise, and compensate for pipe misalignment and pipe travel.

Packless Flexline Connectors are constructed of deep pitch corrugated red brass tubing for increased flexibility, covered by high tensile bronze wire braid for superior strength. Three different types of units are available in each of twelve standard sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches I.D. tubing.

Each Packless Flexline Connector is both pressure and vacuum tested for leaks. After cleaning and dehydration, each unit goes through a final inspection and is wrapped in plastic film to maintain cleanliness and dryness prior to installation.

In addition to the standard sizes, Packless Flexline Connectors are also available in custom lengths. Please consult factory with requirements.

NOTES:
  1. Maximum working pressure shown refers to steady-state conditions. For pulsating conditions, use 1/2 of values shown, for shock conditions, use 1/6 of values shown.
  2. It is recommended that units whose allowable permanent maximum offset is 1-1/2 inches or less be used only for straight line installations.
  3. Due to a continuous program of product improvement, specifications and dimensions are subject to change without notice.
INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
VIBRATION
Install in a straight line with a rigid support on the fixed end.
MISALIGNMENT
Allow sufficient length to make a gradual bend.
INTERMITTENT PIPE TRAVEL
Prevalent in heating systems where heating and cooling produces elongation and contraction. Refer to table above for maximum allowable movement each side of center line. For more than the recommended maximum movement, offset on the opposite side of center line. Install at right angle to movement.
